    Product Introduction

    The calcium sulphate anti-static raised floor uses a high-density, high-strength calcium sulphate core as its main substrate, known for its exceptional load performance, dimensional stability, and moisture resistance. The surface is laminated with durable anti-static HPL, PVC, ceramic, or rubber, providing excellent wear resistance and long service life. The bottom layer adopts a premium galvanized steel plate, while the panel edges are sealed using PVC or ABS, ensuring effective static dissipation and preventing moisture intrusion.
    This floor system is fully compliant with GB50325-2010(2013 version) and GB/T18883-2002 national formaldehyde emission standards, offering an environmentally friendly solution suitable for high-demand computer room environments. Due to its high bearing strength, non-deformation, eco-friendly nature, high recyclability, and Class A1 fire resistance, it has become the first choice for IDC data center anti-static flooring.
    The system consists of floor panels, pedestals, stringers, anti-vibration pads, and screws. During installation, the floor is positioned on pedestals connected by stringers, each pedestal equipped with anti-vibration pads for structural stability. The pedestals are manufactured using high-quality steel through welding, polishing, and galvanizing processes. The adjustable design (30–50mm range) and self-locking mechanism ensure flatness, simplicity, and easy installation.
